- Team Leadership: Conduct pre-shift meetings, delegate tasks, and oversee insulation installations.
- Installation Work: Lead the team in installing foam, fiberglass, and batt insulation in walls, attics, and crawl spaces.
- Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction by educating clients on product features and installation processes.
- Service Calls: Schedule and manage service calls to align with homeowner schedules and company needs.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory and reorder supplies as needed.

- Experience with home construction, siding, and hand tools.

- Must pass a physical exam (275 lbs weight limit in working clothes and safety gear).
- Work in both extreme cold and heat environments.
- Perform tasks in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
